It seems the SOSC Contest looks as if it's going to be a Miki Dora Weekend.
Gorgeous weather, glassy, with consistent shoulder high waves, soothing
music, plenty of sunrise colored, miniature umbrella with plenty of crushed ice,
good friends, but the important part Allan dropped BIGKOOK like yesterday's
coffee grounds, and is running the event by hisself. Importantly, instead of the
usual miniature surfboards showing the finishers position, Allan will be
distributing bamboo handled silverware purchased this morning at an
Escallones flea market. Wilson Bros will take the judges position only if
they can donate their earnings ($300.00 per day) to the Surfrider Foundation.
Corn Dogs and cold Buds will distributed to all contestants over 21. Nothing
but great new for the Club. Slamm'n Sam Conroy has agreed to be Co-Grand
Marshall with Al Gee.

Sometimes the less we know the better. Yor example, THEBIGKOOK
feels he bit off more than he could chew when volunteering
as Directur of Beach Activities for SOSC Tournament of
Champions next month, so he took on Allan Seymour as the contest's
"best boy" in charge of sales and marketing, and the donations booth.
Luckily, BIGKOOK signed Jeff signed Jeff Luton, Tom, John, and Andy
Wilsob to be lead adjuticators. Things ore on a roll, albiet sesame
seed, for the Team 'Nofre Wonderama in two weeks.

Father Tyme just celebrated his 91st birthday, BIGKOOK is gathering
old style papa he a nalus for the contest and Longboard All Comers
Meet, he will announce the name of the entrepreneur who offered
$26,000.00 at the ACS Silent auction Sunday. We know the SOSC
contest will begin with the Parade of Toddlars gathered in
their Latino style black preambulaters pushed by Mom and Dad clad
Bob Mardian Gloucester sun hat. The Hi's are in for a surprise this
Halloween as 92672 boycotted candy freebies for the hoards of
invading illegal trick or traiters transported by their "coyote"
parents from La Puente, Pacoima, City of San Fernando, Montebello,
Riverside, all children with their 50# burlap candy sacks. The
straw that broke the camel's back is when las familias arrive
in huge Ford vans loaded with ninos y ninas, no costumes, just
gunny sacks, led by the mothers while el padre sits in the van
scarfing Abba Zabbas and Mars Bars. I think it'd be more
diplomatic if the freeloading kids wore costumes instead of
Catholic School uniforms.
