So what did you expect?
This morning I must journey to the El Segundo Polluted Water
Headquarts to testify before the "Heal the Bay Children's
Health Committee" on CA pulluted waters. The briefing named
five of the State's beaches known for stagnant and foul waters.
The list given is, #5 San Juan Creek, #4 Baby Beach Dana Harbor,
#3 Baby Beach San Onofre #2 Baby Beach Oceanside, #1 Loser Beach:
"SAN ONOFRE SURF BEACH"

Not so funny - but - up north in Ventura there's a protected little cove where mothers take their infants for a day in the sun and sand and filthy polluted water inside the breakwater at the harbor. Seagulls poop there daily and I 'm sure the innocent infants sometimes drop a load in the sea accidently from time to time. At Carpinteria State Beach the creek spills into the ocean. Further up the creek along a bikepath there are signs posted warning people not to go in the creek water but at the beach there are no signs posted for the same waterway.
