SANO Surf Club toddlar's untimely death linked
to sick beach dog carrying deadly rabies before
the SOSC Emergency Services could transfer the
four year old to hospital. Ranger Ephriam mourns
the child's loss, but pointed out to the BOD how
important lock-jaw shots are. The child's paddle-out
is pending, awaiting autopsy report.
