the mexican the money bearing a meticula consular cardas ID.
The teller doesn't fax the forgery to the host bank
for authentication, nope she just cashes it. The thug feels,
why should I dig ditches for nada when I can make 4 a day in
forgeries. He does the same thing the next day for another
$4,000.00. No fax for signature verification, Last night I get
email from the S&L stating, "We believe you have the victim
of another fraudulent transaction." Yes, Bush wants amnesty,
