TODAY IS THURSDAY. TODAY THE sTATE INSTALLS the new sewer systen at the 'phantom point' located when you first enter the beach on the depressing cow pastrure dirt road. The reason, raw sewer spilling from Bldg. #1, toilets 1&2 has seeped into the alredy polluted Pacific Ocean. Sigs will be posted by Lifeguards to enter water cautiosly due to the risk of serious infection.Raw sewage also attracts the GWS population.
